I NTEGRAL M ARCIAL TRAINING P ROGRAM

HUNG GAR KUEN

PHILOSOPHY, STRATEGY, TACTICS, TECHNIQUE, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL PREPARATION

The objectives of adults to start martial training are different from those of the children's segments.

The adult, with a greater awareness and knowledge of his body, his mind and his environment, approaches martial practice in a search for security, self-control, improvement of physical condition and functionality for a healthy life.

These objectives are obtained from martial practice when we assume the entire set of its proposals. From the study of combat to physical preparation, we go through a series of layers that can and should be addressed.

Our method is based on a perfectly structured program of content and levels of practice for learning and developing the skills of Hung Gar Kuen.  This program includes:

  • Functional physical preparation

  • traditional conditioning

  • Contextual psychological preparation

  • fundamental martial technique

  • Advanced martial technique with empty hand and weapons

  • Key concepts of self-defense (Strategy, tactics and technique)

The program is divided into 2 segments of weekly work in the room and private complementary work,

The practice requires personal study, classroom practice, face-to-face and online monographic seminars, commitment to training and permanent evaluation of progress. You can choose between four training modes:

  • Personal training

  • room training

  • Online Training

  • mixed training
