Promoting Chinese traditional martial culture since 2004
The traditional Taijiquan training and practice program is based on a model that integrates the study of the bioenergetic and philosophical bases of internal boxing (Nei Gong), the learning and understanding of technical forms (Tao Lu) and the study and acquisition of martial skills (Tui Shou, San Shou and Dui Lian).
A unique evolutionary model that progresses individually from the basics to the maximum development potential that each person can apply to their practice.
CHEN STYLE TAIJIQUAN
Learning of the general structure (technical, tactical and strategic of the style) with a strong martial component in which we will study the empty hand and weapons of the style.
The study is complemented by a series of annual seminars in which different fundamental areas for the integral development of the practitioner are addressed.
TAIJIQUAN SIMPLIFIED
Personalized teaching module in which different simplified structures are studied to bring the practice closer to anyone interested in the prophylactic aspects of Taijiquan. This module is eminently practical and learning occurs in the tranquility of a practice without direct content objectives, but with direct experience as the goal of the pedagogical proposals that we propose.
