Personal view of martial practice

«I understand martial practice as a way to discover the true nature of the individual and to endow him with sufficient internal and external strength to protect that essence. The values on which martial practice is based must impregnate every drop of sweat invested in developing the physical part of the practiced style. They are arts for life, the protection of positive elements for society, and balanced and sincere personal development.”
