Let us explain to you what adult Kung Fu is
Among the many styles taught in our center, Kung Fu for adults is the comprehensive learning module of Hung Gar Kuen, our main martial style.
The Hung Gar Kuen brings together in its structure all the sections of interest for adults interested in oriental martial disciplines.
Self-defense, physical condition, mental strength, cultural immersion or health, are some of the interests that our students expressed to us when they passed the access interview. Our center reserves special places for young students who, due to their age, must already pass to this group of practice and learning. For the rest of those interested in learning with us, we establish a first interview in which we outline their interests and the possibility of joining our practice groups for adults.
A martial art carries a great responsibility, both for the student and for the teacher who teaches. It is essential that this factor is present from the beginning of the practice so that the training is safe, productive and peaceful.
One aspect of traditional martial practice is the technical, tactical, and strategic study focused on self-defense. Our style is enormously rich in these three fields, but it still depends on a correct guide and an optimal method for its transmission.
Our method is a pioneer in the development of a progressive methodology for comprehensive martial training, a method that integrates all the elements in an ascending, moderate, intense, safe progression that guarantees results.
Empty hand forms and weapons, conditioning, regulated combat, bases and fundamentals, physical or psychological preparation, among other elements, are part of the body of content programmed for each phase of the teaching method.
The students who join our adult groups form part of a legacy of knowledge transmission that fundamentally aims at the integral development of the person.
